About Ocean Blue Neocaridina Shrimp
Ocean Blue Neocaridina shrimp are a cute and wonderful addition to any aquarium. They clean your tank and add a splash of peaceful blue life to your aquarium.
DOA Policy
In the rare occurrence that some of your Ocean Blue shrimp are DOA, we sincerely apologize. We include one extra for every five shrimp to account for DOA. If additional shrimp arrive DOA, please contact [email protected] within two hours of the confirmed delivery time by the shipping carrier. Please include at least two clear pictures in the email. Once DOA is confirmed, we will refund you for the DOA shrimp within 48 hours. Shipping cost is not refundable.
Shipping
We ship with USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air on Mondays to ensure that your new companions are happy and healthy when they arrive at their new home. In the case of DOA, please refer to the DOA policy above.
