All aquatic products purchased on TopWaterWonders.com are guaranteed to stay alive for 7 days from the day it arrives at your home or we will gladly refund your money back (minus shipping/delivery fees) to the original form of payment once we receive the complete product in its original packaging together with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form you receive from us.
The return procedure is as follows:
Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with your order confirmation email for the product which you would like to return along with your statement of the return reason and related photos. Please email us within seven calendar days of the product delivery date.
Step 2: Within one to three business days, you will receive a return confirmation email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form attached once your return is authorized. If we have any further questions regarding the return, we will communicate through email.
Step 3: Safely package the product along with a printed copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form you received. Please return all the items included in the product you received and package them in the original product packaging we shipped to you. With missing items, refund will not be issued.
Step 4: When you drop the return items off for shipping, please be sure to get a receipt. Keep this handy until the refund is completed.
Step 5: Once we receive the return of the complete product, we will issue the refund to the original payment card you placed the order with. It takes about five to seven business days to process after we receive your return. To be eligible for a full refund, your return must be dropped off at the carrier within seven business days of receiving the RMA form.
Due to the nature of our aquatic life products, returns or refunds cannot be offered on Live Fish, Invertebrates & Plants that you decide you do not want. Please ensure the items you order are what you want before finalizing the order.
